UAB President Ray Watts faces calls for his resignation after documents released this week suggest university leaders considered announcing the end of the school’s football, bowling and rifle programs months earlier than they did. But Watts has said the decision to kill the football program was not made until shortly before the announcement was actually made in December. We talk about the situation with Alabama Media Group columnist John Archibald.
