David Carrington on Downsizing Cooper Green and Charges of Racism

Jefferson County has a new bare bones budget that includes cuts in law enforcement, road maintenance and courts. But County Commission President David Carrington tells WBHM’s Tanya Ott the hospital is a financial drain on a county that’s already deep in bankruptcy proceedings.
